The sensor is one type of MEMS pressure sensors which is based on silicon piezoresistive effect. The sensor chip is manufactured by advanced micromechanical process. The pressure sensor chip and wire bonding is coated with silicon gel. The sensor could be implemented under non-corrosive gas environment. The voltage output of the sensor is proportional with input pressure within acceptable pressure range.
