Low-cost Signal Conditioning Chip for Sensors

General Description

The COMS processed chips can be applied in Wheatstone bridgebased resistive sensors. It coverts small resistance changes to large analog voltage signals. The signal conditioning includes signal amplification, gain adjustment, and offset control. Usually piezo-resistive sensors have very large temperature coefficients in sensitivity. The compensation coefficients can also be trimmed by on-chip memory. all the coefficients can be programmed by a two-wire interface.
