Description |
The FN-TPMS-R11 is tire pressure monitoring system which is designed for auto manufacturer. It is compatible with American final rule released on Apr.7, 05. The FN-TPMS-R11 would warn the driver when the pressure in of the vehicle’s tires, is 25 percent or more below the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended cold inflation pressure for the tires, or a minimum level of pressure specified in the American regulation.
The FN-TPMS-R11 is direct tire pressure monitoring system which consists of three parts, Wireless Sensor, Central Receiver and High Frequency Receiving Antenna.
Wireless Sensor is mounted on the rim with high reliability and durability. Central Receiver could be mounted anywhere in the cabin. Outside High Frequency Receiving Antenna is adopted. Antenna is mounted on the bottom side of chassis to improve RF path efficiency.
The center frequency of the system is 315MHz or 433MHz. High efficiency communication protocol is adopted. Special coding technology is designed for higher wireless communication reliability.

The FINEMEMS FN-TPMS-CV is Tire Pressure Monitoring System which is designed for commercial vehicle. The system would warn the driver when the pressure in one or more of the vehicle’s tires is 25 percent or more below the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended cold inflation pressure for the tires, and the alarm threshold also can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
The FN-TPMS-CV is direct Tire Pressure Monitoring System integrates three parts, Wireless Sensor, Central Receiver and High Frequency Receiving Antenna.
Wireless Sensor is attached to the outside of the wheel rim using two wheel blots and nuts with high reliability and durability. Central Receiver could be mounted anywhere in cabin. Communication with other control unit could be performed by CAN-Bus. Outside High Frequency Receiving Antenna is adopted. Antenna is mounted on the bottom side of chassis to improve RF path efficiency.
Center frequency of system is 433.92MHz, and 315MHz product is also provided. High efficiency communication protocol is adopted. Special coding technology is designed for higher wireless communication reliability.
The information of the tires and whole TPM system would be transmitted to Instrumentation Control Unit for display. Separate display also could be provided according to customer requirements.
