The pressure sensor is a pressure sensor based on the silicon piezoresistive effect and using MEMS technology. The pressure to be measured is loaded on the silicon diaphragm from the back of the chip, so that the sensor can be used in harsh environments. The protection of the casing and components reaches a water depth of 30 meters; the pressure sensor outputs a voltage signal linearly proportional to the pressure; the sensor circuit provides accurate and stable signal output and temperature compensation in a wide temperature range (-40 to +85°C) .
