According to the "Wuhan "Urban Partner" Identification and Service Implementation Measures" (Wuhan Gov. [2015] No. 82), after application and recommendation, qualification review, expert identification, investigation and verification, confirmation by the identification committee, the Municipal Party Committee Talent Work Leading Group (Wuhan “Urban Partners” Planning Committee) approved and produced the second batch of 59 Wuhan “Urban Partners” candidates, and publicized the results. Professor Liu was elected as Wuhan “Urban Partner” .
